Finishing Up!

It is hard to believe that we are in our last 3 days here at our training. The time has gone so fast. We have learned so many valuable things from so many knowledgeable people. We are grateful for the opportunity to be working for this organization. We have met so many awesome people, and are looking forward to all the cool places we get to visit them in. We had a great weekend – first hanging with our dear friends from NC. Thank you guys for coming to see us – it meant so much! Also we got to see our family again. My cousin Kathy and her husband hosted a barbeque and we got to hang out for one last hoorah before heading over the pond. We appreciate our family and friends for supporting our decision to go to Africa. We understand how much our decision affected those close to us and for that we are sorry. We love you guys.

Thanks to Aunt Diana for some really cool blankets – here is a picture of the kids sleeping with them.

Here are a picture of all the cousins (except Ryan - he is in college). The kids had a great day!

We are almost done here at the farm - we have today through Wednesday and then we fly out Thursday. Hard to believe! We will post before we go and then not sure when we will have internet again - please bear with us and check back - we will post as soon as possible!

I cannot believe that you are now 2 days away from leaving for Africa. This has got to be an exciting time for all of you. Continued prayers go with you as you embark on this journey. You and the kids are going to have memories to last a lifetime. My prayer for you and your family is that you have fun, be safe, stay healthy and complete your mission of spreading the Gospel to all people. You know me and mom will be praying for and thinking about you often. We love you all!!!

Hi you guys. We are praying for you and continue to admire the great works that you are focused on. That is awesome:) Chris, you would be so tickled to see Kristian at KidStuf. he is singing and dancing around. It is awesome. I took the camera last week to take his picture doing that so I could send it to you because of our time together at Kid Stuf and him being a leg leech...Anyway, that night he must have been tired because he didn't sing or dance. but he listened to the message:)

Also, we found the ring!!! We were so excited. Meagan gets the prize:) She was so excited to find it. The color has faded but the ring is fine. Once you get settled in with a new address (again) we will send it over seas!! It will be my first mailing to Africa:) You will have to remember to let me know when to send the MAYO!! HA! HA!

Love you guys!!!
